Got Milk?

Hot Cereal

I'm sure most of you know I hate cereal. I don't know why, I just do. But I love breakfast! It just might be my favorite meal of the day. So0o0o0000o I find myself making bomb breakfast meals while you are eating your shitty ass cold cereal.

On with what I made this morning (mind you no one is at my house at this time so I'm walking around naked after just getting out of the shower). I made warm rice with soy milk, brown sugar, an raisins. MMMM yummy yummy. When I make rice, I tend to make huge batches so I can save and heat up when I'm oober busy. But I made it fresh this morning since I had time. After I cooked my brown rice, I set it aside for a couple minutes to cool off a little, I did not want it to be piping hot. I put about a cup of soy milk into a cup and microwaved it for about 20 seconds so it was a little warm. Next, I sprinkled some brown sugar over a good bowl size of rice so it would get a little sticky and melty and YUMMY. Obviously it was time for soy milk and raisins. Yeah man that shit was good this morning, I feel way energized and feel a little frisky...uh oh!

OK time to go to work, but seriously, try this out instead of your boring fucking cold cereal.

Yes Peach Cobbla

It's 9/11....remember the lies.

On a lighter note,
I made that peach cobbler I was talking about it was fantastic.

Peachy Cobbla

6 or 7 medium size peaches; sliced (i used a lot considering i had TONZ)
1 1/2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar plus a little to sprinkle over peaches as well as the crust with 5 min left of baking
cinnamon to taste
1 egg (beaten slightly)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2/3 cups of butter (stick not melted)

Preheat your over to 375 degrees.

Slice your peaches and put them in a oven safe baking dish and sprinkle a little brown sugar over them.

In a bowl mix dry ingredients. add egg and sticks of butter (softened) and mix with hands. The consistency should be crumbly and sprinkle everything over peaches, trying to cover eat piece of fruit. Bake for about 40-45 min or until the crust is golden brown.
YUMMMMMMYMYMYMYMYMYM it was delicious. Try it out, I'm not too big of a fan of baking but I can make some good treats, this being one of them.

I will be happy to announce that the lovely Cakelin will be helping me with a treat ill be making in these up coming months: Peach wine! Now, you all should know how much of win0s the two of us are, so naturally we'd be the first to make our own! (Not to mention its tuff when you have no money and you want to buy a nice bottle of Merlot..GOOOSH).

Now, this is for all of you out there, if any of you would like to make a donation (meaning a helping hand, equipment that I might need, or even some advice) please pleassssse feel free. If you need to contact me :D

For the educational aspect of this...The type of peaches im using are FREESTONE peaches which from Bill's M&M Peach and Cherry Farm. In my last post I informed you that his peaches are Southern California Certified Organic Peaches, so hey...guess what ORGANIC WINE. I know you like the sound of that!

I just found this video of the owner, and I thought it was funny. BAH Oh man, what a funny guy.

I really like yo peaches wanna shake yo tree

OK, sooo0o I worked on a plot of land today picking ORGANIC peaches! Ya. Tanya was looking for friends to help pick this delicious peaches so I opted to go ahead. Not to mention the hefty 2 buck salary for each box we make. We only ended up splitting 52 dollars 4 ways, but it was chill. I took home 3 fucking huge bags of peaches, like over 60 easily. SOOOOOOOO I'll be busy this week/month making treats. First on the agenda...I'm making booze. Yes BOOZE. Secondly, I'm making peach cobbler. Thirdly, anyone want peaches?

Now let me tell you about Bill...Bill owns M&M Peach Ranch (if the link doesn't show up yet don't trip, I think he is just starting the website so it's prolly not up and running yet). Anyways Bill Basner has been certified producing OTCO organic fruit! YAY BILL. It takes a lot for these Mom and Pops joints to do the whole organic speal. It costs more starting off, but once you get finally certified it pays off! He had to go through some time to get the seal of approval. I was talking to him and he said 5 different people had to review forms/talk to him about his tactics on his ranch. Examples, seeding, watering, and protecting his products. Good for him. One step closer to ganicsNatIoN.

Bill is friends with Tanya's uncle "Gummy". Both seem to enjoy alcohol as much as me. Tanya's uncle Gummy happened to soak slices of peaches in Swedish Vodka for about a month, and made sort of a Peach Schnapps kinda drink. Add a little seven-up and it was a party! Really magnificent. And once you finished slurpping down the booze, you got to eat the vodka infused peach slice (which made my eyes burn for a hot second). Shit was good!. But hey, I've got peaches so.....yeah I am your peach.
